1. Returns & Exchanges

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for store credit only.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.

Store credit can be used toward any future purchase on KalexisK.com.

We do not offer refunds to the original payment method.
2. Final Sale Items

All sale items, discounted purchases, accessories, and bodysuits are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
3. Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact our customer care team at info@kalexisk.com with your order number and reason for return.

Once approved, you’ll receive return instructions and a return authorization number.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please email info@kalexisk.com within 3 days of delivery.

We’ll make it right with an exchange or store credit after inspection.
5. Order Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled once placed, as we begin processing immediately to ensure quick delivery.
6. Store Credit

Once your return is received and inspected, you’ll receive an email with your store credit code within 3–5 business days.
Kalexis reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions.
